There has been no activity in that section since 2007 when there was some limited leasing. No drilling. Very quiet since then.
If you are new to minerals, then be sure you file probate documents in the county courthouse. Also, you need to file a claim of ownership every 20 years or you may lose the minerals. Contact the Mercer County clerk for oil and gas to get directions on how to do both of those properly.
