I have 200 net acres of mineral rights for sale in Jackson County Colorado near Walden.

I'm interested in selling them at this point and would like to know if anyone is interested in discussing it with me.

I am a retired petroleum engineer and have extensive first hand knowledge about Niobrara development across the region and also in the Front Range (Weld county).
