I'm not interested in your acreage, but I'm a boy scout, and in keeping with my duty to be useful and help others, i'm compelled to offer the following advice: be sure you know the value of your minerals before you sell them. Finley's leased acreage in Section 29--maybe even yours--as recently as June. Also, 29's close proximity to a road, water, and pipelines make it an attractive prospect for redevelopment when prices recover. In your position, I wouldn't sell unless I was seriously hard up for cash. Even then, I'd sell as little possible, and dearly. If you'd like to know what I consider "dearly," let me know. I'm more than happy to message/e-mail/talk.
