Mineral rights in PA, heir intestate New Jersey

I need recommendation for New Jersey probate attorney. Husband is heir to PA land from father, father had no will. Mother died, no will. Siblings shared with same mother & father all dead no will and no children. All deaths took place in New Jersey. Mother had another child prior to marrying husbands father. That half sibling is also deceased, with wife. I understand that my husband will now share rights with wife of 1/2 sibling, the problem and fear is cost of taking all these estates to probate, now that we know land has value. Gas lease is in negotiations, we don’t have money for probate. I could use any and all the advice I can get.

Probate Attorney for New Jersey? Can the Estate be put in Trust, who determines shares? Would and attorney work for free until lease is settled? Is that wise? How do you determine a fair attorney fee? Would Gas company sign lease while going thru probate?
