Mineral rights in saline county

I have a small acreage of mineral rights only (inheritance). I signed with NextEnergy and that lease was up as of October last year. They are no longer in that business. I am not sure where to go from here. I live in Washington State. The net acreage is 23.41, not much.

Do I try to find another company or do I just sell it? Have no idea. Help!!!

If you got something they want… they will find you.

Think about holding on for a while if the taxes aren’t wiping you clean… see what happens… don’t be so hasty!
