I am new to owning mineral rights. If you own mineral rights in a particular section, does that mean that every well drilled in that section would either lease or bonus your minerals? Also would that mean that you would receive revenue from all producing wells in that section?
If the formation was on a 640 acre spacing there would be one lease and one bonus . However every well drilled in that formation on that section would pay you royalty .
