Could I get some feedback on Net Mineral Acre value in above mentioned area? Thank you

Companies are able to purchase for anout 800-1200 per acre in there. Not saying thats all they are worth, but they have been able to get mineral owners to sell for that much.

Depending on where you are at in Township 10N 60W, your value is going to change quite drastically. The closer you are to a producing the well the better off you will be.
