Mineral rights in TP 11N?

I own approximately 800 mineral acres in TP 11N, R59W and 60W. I might be interested in selling. Does anybody have any info on activity in this area or what value these mineral rights might have?

I sold rights in 11n 57w for $4200 per net acre.
