I have been contacted by a land man concerning some mineral rights I have in Section 7 ,Township 6 South, Range 2 East. I am trying to get so me feel for what I should be receiving

for this.

I have 1/2 of 83.6 or 41.8 acres of rights there.

I also have 320 acres of mineral rights in Section 17, Township 9 South, Range 2 East. I have not been offered a lease on this but would like to know if there is any activity in the area.

I do have some production Section 19, Township 8 South, Range 2 East

Does anyone know anything about either the area of the 41.8 acres or the 320 acresw

I am Jean Mitchell who posted this and I made a mistake in the location of the 41.8 acrea. It is Section 7,Township 6 South, Range 1 East not 2 East.

Do any of y ou know what is happening in that area and is the $600 offered per acre reasonable. I live in Texas and this is property passed down from my daddy.

We have minerals in Section 30, Township 6 South, Range 1 West. They offered $800. Told them we wanted $1,000 and they didn’t hesitate on paying. Wish we would have said $1,250.

Rodney, Thanks for your reply. I just got lease papers but will not sign until I have my attorney look at them. Do you know if there is production in Section 7, Township 6 South, Range 1East. If so do you think I should consider a counter offer of 8-900 and see if I can get that?

jean I have min. in sec. 19 8s 2e is your production in the Thackerville unit with L.E Jones. I have min in Sec. 35 of 8S R1E & sec. 2 T9 R2E . Can you tell me who the offer was from and how much you were offered in sec.17 T9 R2E Thanks Carolyn

I have production in section 19, 8 south 2 east. I have an offer on some minerals in section7, 6 south 1 east

I have 320 acres in section 17, 9 south 2 east that I would like to lease but so far have not any contact on those rights

got an offer from R.D. Williams for XTO for Sec 14, 15 in 8s 2e but only offer 3/16 & 3 year lease & $ 500.00 bonus I am pushing for a 1/5
