That sounds very high (so see, if they are serious!). Tell us the name of the possible buyer.
There is not much activity in 24. Encana is active 1-2 miles to the East with very long horizontal wells. And "8 North LLC" has an active J-sand and Niobrara well holding much of your western part of Section 24. However, I see no permits or know of any plans for either operator to get active in Section 24.
I cannot explain the high offer. If you take it for all 100% or for 50% of your mineral rights, let us all know!
