Mineral rights ownership

Do I own my mineral right? I have 56 acres in Proctor District and 6.4 acres in Marshall County. My deed says, It is the intention of the grantors to convey and all mineral rights which they own but they hereby make exception to all prior and easements of record.

You will have to do the research back to see what the previous owner owned. If the “grantor” owned minerals, the deed conveyed them. If the “grantor” owned nothing, you got that too.

I’d want to look at the whole deed, and then I’d probably want to look at some others before giving a cursory opinion about that. The language you’re quoting seems to convey the minerals, but again, I’d want to look at the whole deed.
