I have an interest in the following minerals ,the southwest quarter(sw 1/4 and southeast quarter(se 1/4) of northwest quarter (nw 1/4( of section twenty -two (22) ,township eight(8) north. range three(3) west, mcclain county Oklahoma, It appearantly has not been leased in several years or if so, I did not get any funds from it. Anyone have any comments if this mineral rights has any value or if will be leased? Thanks,

The above have leased close to you in the last year. The terms of you lease are important . If you get a lease offer ,maybe you should come to the forum with it before you sign to see about the terms of the lease.

Ron, I have a question.....I read on here somewhere that we should be cautious about the depth clause in a mineral lease....Can you give me some information as to what this means? Thanks.
