Minerals in Stephens Co

Anyone know buyers who purchase fringe acreage in Stephens County, among others? Legals include sections in 1N-7W, 2N-5W, etc.

1N7W liek you said is very fringe and is going to be conventional asset land, not sure that many mineral buyers would pay much of anything for acreage that far west.

2N5W would depend on the actual section.

Brigham Minerals seem to be the one sending out the most offers in that area of Stephens Co. but ours are in 2n4w so 2n5w may be a little too far west. Wouldn’t hurt to check with them.
