I've owned minerals in T31N,R50E for years. I have never received a call to lease them. Does anyone know if there has ever been any activity in that township? Also, there may have been some hanky panky with my ownership. I live in Denver. Is there any way to check to ensure that I still own the minerals?

Looking at the GIS map, no activity noted in your immediate area. Several older wells just to the South of your area, all targeting the Charles C formation. You can verify that the minerals are properly recorded in your name by researching records at the County Clerk's office in Wolf Point. The problem is that they might not do this which would require you to either make a trip to that office or have an individual research it for you since you live a distance from this area.
