Where would I look to learn who the landman is for Gulfport Energy drilling in Moffat County?

You can call Gulfport Energy and ask to speak to the Landman responsible for Moffat County: http://gulfportenergy.com/contact-us . He or she will be able to help you.

Or the County Clerk's Office may be able to help you - that's where all Deeds, Leases, Deeds of Trust, etc. are filed. Their Record Room will be full of Landmen. One of them may be able to help you: http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite/CNTY-Moffat/CBON/1251574651173
