Sorry, just saw this before I replied to it. One question is your property leased at this time? Are you certain you own the mineral rights?
It is leased to Goodrich. I own the 100 acres of mineral rights, but not the land.

Ma'am, then you should be good to go, when and if they drill the wells and if they produce then things should be fine for you. I am not sure when they will drill that well. We also have a small mineral interest in that unit and hope for the best.
That well was originally permitted in two sections only, and a few months ago they requested, and it was approved, for the unit to be made larger. So maybe it will be drilled soon.
