Have not had any offers for awhile this week have had 2 very unusual unless the oil prices going up or future development is causing interest we have ORRI in LEA CO.NM Township19 South Range32 E Sections 22:N/2, N/2S/2, S/2SE/4- Section23: ALL Section26: ALL Section27:NE/4, S2 Containing 2320 acres. Anyone know of any activity in these Sections out of the loop in Indiana. (NM Oilboy) unless your still on Springbreak lol.

I don’t know of anything going on in your tracts in 19s 32e. Earthstone permitted some wells in 19s 33e in the last month. Have applied for more permits there are well.
Shrug. Maybe folks just looking at blank spaces and saying “there should be some Bone Spring wells here eventually”. Not super helpful.
