I was recently contacted by Murex Petroleum Corp. with a request to fill in Division Order for mineral rights in:
- Property: ND1012-36
- Property Name: Bradley Robert 1-12H
- County Divide
I’ve asked Murex to revert with the actual calculations for the revenue interest (still waiting for that) before signing anything.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a website where the well location an actual production rates can be found.
And, what is the royalty payment typical based on, actual sales price or sale price less the oil company’s expences?

A Three Folks well. Not in the Bakken core area. The oil/water ratio and gas (MCF) are an indicator for that statement. Look at the ND homepage for lots of great information. Its a 1280 acres unit.
Your payment will be based upon the terms of your lease. In ND, usually the post production charges are taken out of your check.
