My wells are on the IA (InActive) list since the Halcon purchase from G3?

Hultgren 1 and Hultgren2 located in Leonard field 24-163-79 NESW & NWSW both have been inactive since the purchase by G3. I have been told by HRC dba Halcon that it is due to a fire.... But I can find no record of a fire. Can anyone give me a clue as to what is going on?? I am a partial owner and am not in contact with the other owners. If HRC is the new owner of the drilling rights/wells are they Grandfathered in or should a new lease agreement be in the works that I have not been informed of yet by the other owners??

According to the well files, the Hultgren 1 experienced a fire on March 17 of this year, but not Hultgren 2. Don't know why the Hultgren 2 is on inactive status. Both last produced in March, but HRC has sold small amounts oil from the wells in June.

Regarding the lease, I'm no expert, but I'm fairly confident that HRC took ownership of all records/leases of the wells, and a new lease is not needed.
