Does anything know the details of this well?
I just got a check. Hadn’t received any notices or ever signed a lease.
Hi Lee, this well crosses sections 18 & 19 in 06N 03W of McClain County. Well API is 35-087-22167. It was drilled during 2018 and completed in early 2019 and has been producing for at least the past year. If you had an older lease that is still held by production in those sections, then you would not need a new lease.

Gross Production This is the tax site. You can look up the last 12 months of production.

I’m receiving a RI of .00004299. I don’t have paperwork that lists any McClain county details. Do you know the names of the older wells in those sections? Thanks for your help
Easiest thing to do is call the operator and ask how many net acres and royalty they are carrying for you. The equation is: net acres/actual spacing acres x royalty x percentage of perforations in your section.

Lee, in section 18 there is the Hardage 1 well, 35-087-20565.
In section 19 there are the Mary Ann 1-19, 35-087-21248,
the Iva 1-19, 35-087-21308 and the Donal 1-19, 35-087-21281.
These wells are still listed as active. Penner Energy operates the
Section 19 wells and Hodgdon Operating has the Section 18.
As M_Barnes notes, the current operator, Native Exploration, may be able to fill in the information you are missing.
I’ve never heard of those leases. I must have a very small mineral interest to get only a 6 t0 7 dollar payout per month. I’ll contact Native Thanks
