Was curious about the docket and how it works?

Have a case #20662,concerning XTO asking to create and establish an overlapping 2560 acre spacing unit comprised of sections 29,30,31,32 150N 98W.

This was for Aug. 29,2013.

How do you know if this was approved?

What are the benefits of doing this for the oil company and the mineral owner?

Any info would be appreciated.

I have found that just by calling the Contact number on NDIC that they are very good at giving you information other than the Confidential stuff.

Dan, unless someone opposes the 2560, it's always granted. Consider it a done deal.
