Need advice- what are my rights?

Hoping some of you seasoned land owners can advise me here-

Here is the legal description of my property:

I have been actively seeking whether I own only surface rights or mineral rights as well. That is not my issue here. I came across this agreement online, between the State of Texas and a private company, leasing both surface and mineral rights to them. My 5 acres falls within this lease, and I am wondering if I am entitled to any of the lease proceeds. If so, whom do I contact to pursue legal action? Thanks so much, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cannot open the document, but you can contact the lessee and see if they show you as a mineral owner. Otherwise, you need to do a title search to determine what you own.
