I need an attorney who can help answer some general questions with regards to mineral rights and probate. The probate case originates out of Oregon. The mineral rights are in Ward County, Texas. I understand a local Texas probate was opened. There is also bare land in Ward County with NO mineral rights.
Hello Wade, Lawrence referred me to you. My mother signed a lease in 2016 in Reeves County. since then I have gotten involved and formed a family LLC which I manage. The lease is due to be extended in Feb. I am not happy with the lease terms she signed and wondered what, if any, negotiating can be done before we are presented with the lease extension. (I have heard from Apache’s sandman, I know they are going to extend)
