Need help finding out how many net mineral acres I've inherited

Hi all,

I inherited some mineral rights in Weld, CO and have been having a hard time figuring out how many net mineral acres I own. Ive also had some difficulty getting in contact with a lawyer to help me with leasing my mineral rights. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can help answer some general questions regarding how i can go about leasing my rights? Ive had some companies reach out with offers to buy or lease, i just want to make sure i know a fair valuation before i move forward. Thank you!

You own 1/2 or 60 net mineral acres. Lease bonuses in your area usually go for maybe a few thousand/acre for ~20% royalty.
