Hi, I have been studying this site for a couple of months. I still am unable to get any information on Section 22, 9N, 4W. Can’t find an API number. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks
I don’t see anything with a quick search.
Are you expecting to find existing production? Are you expecting a new well?
The below is a cut and past from a recent post.
There are three location that you can search for applications, and well information at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission site www.occeweb.com
There is a “case processing” database here:Oklahoma Corporation Commission Applications for almost all well require some sort of action here before they can apply for a permit.
The “well browse database” at the above link has information on permits and completions. But you have to be aware of surface hole locations vs producing (or bottom hole) locations.
The documents for both of the above can be located here once you are armed with additional information. http://imaging.occeweb.com/
There are no cases at the OCC for 22-9N-4W at the moment.
However, EOG Resources just filed some for Section 18, 20 and 21 which is encouraging. Roan is in 18 and Native is in 17. 22 has had quite a bit of leasing in 2018, so I think you will see some activity at the OCC pretty soon.
I have been to those websites, but without the API or PUN number, nothing comes up. Looking with what info I do have, name , legal description shows nothing. Mother leased 8 acres last Oct. for a good sum of money, and got paperwork from the state saying 4 wells, and we have heard nothing. EOG is production. thanks
You need to look closely at the paperwork that was received. I think you may be looking at wells in 16&21. What are he cause numbers on that paperwork?
There are no wells there yet, so no API and hence no PUNs. It takes several months for the operator to get through the OCC process. Then the permits will be filed and you can look them up. Do you have a case number from EOG? It should start with 2018xxxxx and be on the upper right hand corner on the first page.
I will go look for those and will get back to you. You and M. Barnes are so helpful. Thanks
I have acreage close by. Am also watching carefully.
I will go look those up. They are my mom’s, and I will get back to you. You and Rick Howell are so helpful. Thank you
