Does anyone have a referral of a person who can check the older records (hard copy book and page) (before 1994) to find a certain oil and gas lease, mineral deed and perhaps other recorded documents for a mineral owner in Payne county? The county clerk couldn’t recommend a landman and I live out of the area.
