Need Quick Legal Help to Transfer O&G Working Interest

Hello,

I've reached an agreement to sell my "wellbore only" working interest in a producing O&G property and I need some quick assistance in drafting the assignment. I've promised the buyer that I could deliver an assignment for review in the next 1-2 days.

I can provide the assignment that was used when conveying the interest to myself it that is helpful. Just trying to get this turned around quickly.
