We noticed a new directional well plat in the Colorado oil and gas online site for our area. 5N67W SEC-4NE Looks like a multi well is planned for 2024. Do we need to hire landman or Colorado oil attorney for this in the event we are involved? Recommendations?
A couple questions for you to ponder. Do you already have a current lease? If so, when does it expire and if not, have you been approached. Regardless, my advice would be contact an oil attorney just to look over the documentation and offer direction and options. I can suggest the one we use and have been very happy with.
