Looking to get more info in Sections 19, 20, 21 and 13 blocks C-9 for everything except Sec 13 its block 72. Your input and info is appreciated~
Hi Liz,
Your profile indicates that you only control the surface. If you are getting offers regarding minerals, you may own some. That said, you can expect that the area described will be very active for the next decade for oil drilling. With every well drilled, the industry discovers added potential in the area. Both minerals and surface rights should continue to grow in value in the near term.
Liz,
The latest thing I see in the area of Section 29, 20, and 21 is an approved permit for a well about 2 miles East of your acreage by Centennial Resources dated April 2017.
To the North and N/E MDC Texas Operator LLC has a couple of permits to drill as of March 2016.
Gas well 33390 in Section 20 has been temporarily abandoned by operator.

We are minerals for those areas. I will correct my Profile. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the details... Now do you know anything about the offers coming in on the area I referenced? My mother has been receiving offers daily from low to extremely high just trying to grasp a better understanding so I can advise her properly.
Also, what about Sec 13 Block 72 in the years past nobody wanted it included in leases, and now I am receiving large offers on just this piece.
Thanks!
Liz,
I have just been checking Production Data on some of the wells in the surrounding area of Section 13 and you are in a good area for some great wells in the future. MDC Texas Operator has an approved permit to drill next door to the East of you(API 389-35724) http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/DP/drillDownQueryAction.do?fromPubli...
Link to production Data on well 34931 in Section 16-17/Blk C9 next door to the east of your Section 13:
BE PATIENT
