Can anyone tell me what is going on around this lease? I was told there were two new horizontal permits taken out by Primexx right before the sale to Callon. Can’t get any answers from Callon. oil/gas well(API 389-35921) in Section 16/Block C10. Cypress Unit 16, #10

2 wells were completed and now the status is shut-in-producers. Those wells were drilled in Section 15-17/Blk C10…API # 389-38919(Medina State Unit 15-17 Well # 2H) & 389-38955(Terlingua State Uniit 15-17 Well # 2H)…these 2 wells are next door to the West of Section 16

Thanks Clint not sure I understand. Is there any maps or other information? What is a shut in producer? Do these wells cross my property?

Both of these wells show production through Jan. 2022.
Medina State Unit 15-17/well # 2H/Lease # 49665
Terlingua State Unit 15-17/well # 2H/Lease # 49610
If some wells nearby are being fracked that could be the reason these 2 wells are shut-in.

Thanks Clint. Was there ever permits taken out by Primexx for additional wells on our property? We were in hopes the wells were going to be drilled soon. Can’t understand why Primexx didn’t drill them as the pad is ready and the existing well is a good producer. We’re you kin to Jess Liles of Hobbs, NM?

Those are the only 2 permits for Block C10 in several months by Primexx or Callon… If the pads are there I wouldn’t give up on getting a well(s). No kin to Jess Liles that I know of.
