Edwin- as you are aware, Texas is like a whole nother country. You need to be just a bit more specific as in county, abstract, section, etc.
Sorry about that but it’d be Jefferson County Texas Hardin County Texas Jasper County Texas Tyler County Texas Liberty County Texas Live oak Texas orange county Texas Refugio County Texas San Patricio Texas Aransas County Texas chambers County Texas Cherokee County Texas Commanche County Texas. The counties i named sir some have just 1 tract and we didn’t know anything about it due to being told everything was sold. It’s alot to talk and explain everything to you so you understand the truth about everything. It did start out with ExxonMobil coming to our house about a Right Of Way and then the roller-coaster ride we went through with someone that didn’t hold up their part of the deal. Would like to talk if interested in doing any or all of the mineral rights royalties and farm tracts.
