The sand mine should be ramping up in a matter of months! How exciting!
This will be on land my Grandfather once owned and unfortunately we no longer have any surface rights, just some minerals which are not leased . That is how my luck usually runs.

In that a 3500 acre sand mine would prevent any drilling makes me think it would be off the leasing market so I’ll try to contact U. S. Silica. Our interest is in section 77 block M and there have been about 12 leases in the last 3 or 4 months in section 77 by two different companies, LER and Red Bird. They are in the W 1/2 section and our interest is in the E 1/2 and maybe 4 old oil wells ,no longer producing on our side has been the deterrent.
