Hey Liz,

Long time no talk ,

hey we never followed through on the research but now are again looking into the perpetual rights we have in Nueces county Eflour Bluff, Would you suggest getting a landman to help us? The deeds are really old 1930s so the numbers are not searchable on the Railroad commision site.
