My family just received an offer for mineral rights we were unfamiliar with in Dewey County. This offer is to buy our rights to part of section 34-19N-16W. Is there any recent activity in the area that anyone is aware of? We are not aware of any lease payments for at least the last 12 years. Any hints would be welcome. Thanks Tim
Crawley Petroleum has filed for a horizontal well in that section. They pooled on March 10, so if you did not get the pooling order, then you need to contact them immediately. They may not know about you or you may have been assigned the lowest royalty and have a bonus waiting for you. The well is Kenneth 1-34MH with a surface location in section 27.
