New production in Grady Co. 14-04N-06W

Hello, In the last 2 years, I inherited mineral rights in Grady County, 14-04N-06W and currently had a completed Division Order with Gulfport and receiving a monthly check on a few other wells. At the first of December, I received a check that included production from 3 new wells for June 2021 through Sept. 2021. As most of this is new to me, is there anyway to tell if the 3 new wells look to be productive in the future? Well names, Frick 1-23X14H, Frick 2-23X14H, Frick 3-23X14H.

Thanks for any help! Jimmy

I do not see the completion reports posted yet, but given where they are, they should be productive for a good long while. Given that they are horizontal wells, the volume will decline rather quickly (normal), so your revenue will be based upon the volume and the prices when the products are sold. The first checks are usually the best checks (depending upon price) as the volume is high.
