I have mineral rights in Caddo County Oklahoma. 1/16 interest in 80 acres W1/2 NW1/4 Section 20 Township 6N Range 11WIM
I would like to know how to lease these mineral rights.

Caddo County is not online, so I am not going to be much additional help to you.
Call the County Clerk in caddo County and ask them for the names of some of the leasing agents for gas companies. Then call those people to see if they want to lease you.

It does not appear that anyone is actively leasing in your section or the surrounding sections.
Most of the last 6 month leasing activity in Caddo is the North 2/3s of the county (8N and north,12 miles north of yours) or in the far SE corner in 5N-9W/6N-9W. Schonwald Land, Western Oil & Gas Dev, Calvin Energy, and Arky Land Mgt are leasing the majority of it.
