This well is reported as producing presumably from January '24). Has anyone here received division orders for this well? Thanks, Ron
Yes, Ron, I did, as well as a few of my relatives, received a division order a couple of weeks ago. I was told by their division order group that accounting should book production for that well the end of March.
Comstock reported 269,443 MCF of production for January. Production began on January 8, so that is an average of only 11,227 MCF per day.
However, when they ran the 24-hour test on February 24, production was 31,293 MCF with a 2.5 inch orifice.
Should be another really good well…it’s just unfortunate that gas prices are so low.
Why are some of the new gas wells in the area reported as having a 3.5" orifice, while the Neyland MMM is a 2.5"?
Looks like Comstock is reporting 810,513 MCF for Feb on CONG. Not too shabby. Looks like natural gas prices are attempting a small rally right now too. Hope it holds up and the price rise continues.
