Based on your statement, if you didnt lease it, one has to assume you got it from an heir that did? Youll have to file a final decree/probate/will/affidavit of identies from whomever leased it to get it in your name if you do in fact own a part of it through heirship.
Contact the operator directly and ask. You may be held by a previous ancestor lease and they do not know about you, address may have changed, you may have been involuntarily pooled, etc. Go straight to the source.
