No royalties from Chevron, no response, can't talk to a person

I’ve owned a royalty in Eddy County that has paid me for 30 years. Chevron drilled it and were paying royalties. Because we have no functional post office anymore, a single check was returned to them, indicating my address didn’t exist. Chevron finally responded after many inquiries, and I sent them the appropriate forms as well as an ACH request. No royalties or response for six months after this, despite all of my emails. I continue to receive production reports on EnergyLink. Does anyone have a clue as to how to actually get someone off the ball there? A contact? Similar problem?? Thanks!!

Include your email threads with communications. Many Owner Relations functions have been turned to contract operations with poor results. In limited cases, EnergyLink provides a contact person for the company. I have seen it take over 4 months for some ACH to be started, but something is wrong if payment details are issued without a payment. Include that fact in your next email to Owner Relations.
