Did anyone else not get a November Royalty Check? We personally get ours from Antero Resources and haven’t received the one for last month, November.
There can be several reasons for a check delay. One is the holiday of course. If your company usually cuts checks at the end of the month, it can take until the next few days of the next month to receive it. Check the minimum royalty payments amount on your Division Order. It is usually set at $100, so if your royalties are less than that in a month, they will have to build up to $100 before they will cut the check. You can set that to $25 by sending in new DO. Another reason is getting bought out by another operator. That can cause rather long delays. Best thing to do is call or email the royalties division of your operator and ask. (Unfortunately, sometimes royalty checks are stolen, so the sooner you notify of a problem, it can be fixed.)
