I got a NOTIFICATION OF WELL SPUD for BALVENIE 1-6-31-30XHW back on June 29, 2022. It’s the only notification I’ve received. I’m assuming I signed up for it but how? I know folks who would like to also receive these notifications but I’m drawing a blank.
Folks need to look wells up themselves on the OCC site. Very rare to actually get a notice. Look up using the name or the surface location (which is not always where your mineral rights are.) This one is in 0601S01E which is how you put it in the location box.
Form 1000 is the permit Form 1001A is the spud Form 1002A is the completion.
One should expect the Division Order about five months after the first sales. You are supposed to be paid 180 days after first sales or they owe you interest.

You can follow production on the OK Tax Site. You do not need a login. Scroll down to the HELP box and select Public PUN Search. Type in Balvenie-hit Search. Select the well you are interested in and it will pop up. The tabs at the top are useful. The Production tab reports first sales in November. The Printable Tab gives a nice summary.
