Hello! Our family participated under a pooling as a working interest owner with our minerals. The Operator uses contractors for land and division orders rather than staff. Therefore, there are numerous charges for their time. Is this allowed? It seems that is what the overhead charges are for and we are getting billed for their staff along with overhead.
Has anyone else noticed this? If so, what have you done?
