Chesapeake has just drilled a new well on a lease which I and my family own. The lease straddles the Ochiltree and Lipscomb county border. The well is supposedly called Flying T-5 294 LIP 1H but I can't find any information on it on the Texas Railroad Commission website. The royalty payments will not start for a few months. Does anyone have any further information on this well or recent activity in the area?
Thanks,
-Tom

If you own minerals in Texas or New Mexico, consider attending the NARO – Texas convention in San Antonio July 18-20, 2018. They have a great agenda, good speakers, and the cost is reasonable. This year also includes a special session for New Mexico mineral owners. The current agenda draft is attached, and a link to their signup and information page is http://www.naro-us.org/event-2824234
