Hi. Received an offer of $15k per mineral acre for an unspecified area in the Midland Basin… I assume Reagan County, but it could be Terry County. Is this normal or is the offering company just “fishing”. ?
Generally fishing. A legitimate offer will identify the property exactly.

Thanks, seemed odd. Didn’t make sense that they would try to hide the location when exact location would be needed to sell anyway.
