Offer for mineral rights section 30 block 27

Me and my sister have been recently had an offer from patch energy for the mineral rights to section 30 block 27 in winkler county Texas. It seems my great uncle had purchased it and left it to his heirs. Has anyone else been approached?

Also inherited (from my great grandfather) from section 30, block 27, Public School Lands Survey, A-1744. There are a handful of folks I am related to in the same boat. Looking to get this sorted out.
