Received offer can anyone say what others are getting in 21?
$1,250 per acre for a three (3) year paid up 3/16
$750 per acre for a three (3) year paid up 1/5th royalty
That seems pretty fair, but there is always some wiggle room. Is it a standard lease or have you added any restrictions?
a year later and i was just offered 4000 an acrewith 1/5 royalties with no deductions
