Carlisle Court and Classic Resources are the two main agents leasing in the area in the last two years. There are no pending OCC cases at this time. Current horizontal drilling is going on about 10 miles to the east. In general, lease bonus offers are lower this year. They are not public knowledge unless someone on the forum has another offer and shares. Pooling cases within the last year are useful if they are contiguous to your section (there are none). Looks like Citizen filed a multiunit case in 16&21 for the Cherokee formation for a horizontal well. They filed back in 2019. The well was drilled and the final order came out in June of 2022. Bowling 1H-21-16. Maybe another horizontal is in the works for your section.
