Got an offer of $22,550 per nma today for minerals in Township 25S, range 36E, section 7. Don’t intend to sell, but I wonder if that means someone is about to do some drilling there? If not, just what does it mean if anything?
I would say just speculators you are in a good area but could be awhile before the money starts rolling in but who knows? Good Luck!

Cannot opine as to the offer, but McMullen, Tilden, Pegasus, et al are reputable mineral buyers and well funded.
They are offering you $22,550/ per net acre you own to purchase your mineral interests.
they are reputable and sometimes greedy. had one offer of 1 million within 2 months 2million still waiting.
