There are a lot of companies out there offering to buy part or all of your mineral rights. Anywhere from $600 to $2500 per acre. Be careful, most of them are leaches.

Probsly the easiest way to to tell is how much information they tell youa bout your mineral interest and its past present and future potential value. The less they tell, the less likely you should sell. The more they tell, you should be able to verify what they are saying.
