I looked up 31-16N-10W on OCC and found the Devon permit for API 3501123578 with a permit approval date of 2-18-2016 and a spud date of 3-30-2016 but no completion record on OCC.

MineraliQ lists API 3501123578 with the following: Permit - new drill approved 2-18-2016 Rig - well spud 3-30-216 Completion 8-16-2016 1st production reported 8-1-2016

The most current production record is: Date 12-01-24 Monthly Oil (BBL) 1,267.00 Monthly Gas (MCF) 13,201.00
